Corvina Labs collects what you enter in this form, and when you sent it, to learn what tools businesses need and to contact you about it. Please don't include names or details of your patients, clients or customers.
Who sees it
Within Corvina Labs, only our two founders can read submissions. Cloudflare stores them for us as our hosting provider, and data may be processed wherever Cloudflare operates. Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're human, processes your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy terms. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We delete each submission 12 months after it arrives. If we're actively working with you, we may keep it for up to 12 more months at a time, and we delete it once we stop. Deleted data leaves Cloudflare's automatic backups within 30 days.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your submission, email privacy@corvinalabs.com from the address you gave us. This form is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18. It sets no cookies of its own.
